A cocktail party with Brandon Jew & Alison Roman brings together two of today’s most influential culinary voices for a one-night-only evening at Moongate Lounge (above Mister Jiu’s). Join us for dishes from each chef inspired by their cookbooks, as well as a special demo by Brandon and Alison.

Long before their careers took them in different directions, Brandon and Alison worked together at Quince and while their cooking styles have evolved into distinct expressions, they share the same foundation: deep respect for seasonal ingredients, thoughtful technique, and food that feels alive on the plate.

  • Ticket includes generous hors d’ouerves and welcome drink, plus additional beverages available for purchase
  • Time: 5–8 p.m.

The evening will also include the opportunity to meet both Brandon and Alison, and purchase signed copies of their books—making this a night that goes well beyond the plate.

Green text reads "JUST ADD SALT" with the word "ADD" underlined and green specks resembling salt grains scattered by the word "SALT".

The Cookbook Week Dinner Series is presented by Lynda Marren & Just Add Salt. Our official bookseller is Omnivore Books.
